Private Therapy for High-Performing Individuals

Discreet, flexible support for people who carry a lot.

You’re used to being the one who holds it together. Delivering. Performing. Leading.
But pressure has a way of building quietly, until it starts to affect your sleep, mood, relationships, focus, or sense of self. Little space to slow down, switch off, or be fully yourself.

I offer a calm, confidential space where you can take the mask off and be human again.

A different level of support

This is for clients who need therapy to fit around a demanding life—without having to explain or over-share.

Enhanced support can include:

  • Greater flexibility with session times (including discreet scheduling)

  • A higher level of access to me between sessions where appropriate and agreed

  • Short-notice sessions when availability allows

  • Online, telephone, or home visits (London and surrounding areas, by arrangement)

  • A consistent, steady space that stays calm—especially when life doesn’t

We’ll agree boundaries clearly at the start so support feels containing, not intrusive.

How we can work together

Choose what suits your privacy, diary, and energy on the day:

  • Online sessions (secure and convenient wherever you are)

  • Telephone sessions (private, simple, and flexible)

  • In-person at your home (by arrangement, discreet and professional)

This can help with

  • High pressure and constant expectation

  • Stress, burnout, and fatigue

  • Anxiety, overthinking, panic, feeling “wired”

  • Sleep problems and switching off

  • Confidence and self doubt (even with success)

  • Relationship strain, loneliness, or feeling misunderstood

  • Identity, purpose, motivation, or feeling stuck

  • Life transitions, visibility, scrutiny, or public pressure

My approach

My work is person centred, relational, and grounded. You’ll be met with warmth, honesty, and no judgement.
I also gently bring in ways of understanding patterns in your relationships and experiences, helping things make more sense and feel a bit more manageable.

This is not about “fixing” you.
It’s about creating enough safety for something real to change.

Discretion and confidentiality

Privacy matters. I work with sensitivity and care, particularly for clients in visible roles.
Confidentiality is central to the way I practise (within the limits of safeguarding and legal responsibilities, which I’ll explain clearly).
